"Just got home from a week at Ocean Tide! It was an amazing trip. It is in a prime location, a very short golf cart away from literally everything. Also has 2 cafes very very close which was easy breakfast and lunch options. All the staff we met there were friendly. They even have the sweetest hotel cat! The manager also booked our flights back to Belize City for us which was so helpful and one less thing for us to worry about. Safety was never a concern, we noticed security on site overnight,...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding customer service."

"The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed.
It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi.

"Housekeeping was exceptional. Provided daily services. Front desk staff was also very friendly. They made us feel comfortable after leaving a very bad situation through Expedia booking."

"There are some barking dogs next door in the morning, but not too bad. If you are on the upper floors there is no elevator. Restaurant/bar is good, pool is much smaller than the picture. Very close to the boat ferry landing."
