"Globally ok but a little bit disappointing For 5* hotel, No smart tv, personal not very helpful or friendly"

"It’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is near LRT station, has a mall below and provides a shuttle bus service to IOI mall."

"Clean and friendly. Accommodated my family and I to a comfortable stay. Have recommended to my friends and family to visit"

"Overall experience have been positive. Clean guest room, great choice of breakfast, great access to The Alamanda Shopping Centre."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Friendly staff and quiet environment. Overall good experience"

"The major advantage is convenience for in transit travellers. Room is small but clean and no windows."
