The breakfast is top-notched with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel personals are very service-minded and helpful. I will come back to this hotel again if you ever come back to Ha Long bay again."

"Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
