Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌"

Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."
