"Leandro was great ... Like the best ... I stay at the hotel regularly. They had a night cleark who misbehaved and did not let me sit at lounge at 02h00 ... I wanted to write ... Paying so much and not being able to use the lounge whenever one wants is ridiculous... The other night clerk is wonderful... I've complained already and hope they will replace that person as he's unsuitable for the job ... Thank you ... I'm still giving the place 5 stars "

"This hotel is a bit tucked away. You'll need to walk a bit or take a train or a bus if you're planning to do anything in central Paris. But that's a feature and not a flaw for me. The room is clean, has air conditioning and there's a small elevator which in some places can be rare. It's lovely here, I'll be back!"

"The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. Very small but served the purpose of rest while we stayed in Paris. The vicinity is run down, as a lot of Paris is, but people sleeping on the streets was not pleasant. No reflection on the hotel, who had friendly staff and very clean accommodation. The area is just not the best. "
