"We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

"My daughter had a lovely stay, the only issue she had that the room was really hot as there was no Aircon, she did have a small fan but did not have any effect in the heat. Overall though she said it was a really nice hotel and would stay again."

App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers. "Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. "Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "
