"I was very disappointed with the facilities provided by the hotel to its paid guests. Occupants were not allowed to use the sauna and needed to book well in advance, and it's closed at 5pm, and if you are free in the evening, you don't have access to it. Also, it only allows you a 30-minute slot."

"This hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The room was a bit warm with no AC and it was unusual that the lobby area closed at 10:30 pm as it would have been a nice place to sit and have a drink or play cards. Everything else was great!!"

When we arrived at around dinner time, the hotel receptionist was not there so we checked in with the staff at the bar. "This hotel was a last minute choice and we are so glad we booked it. It was conveniently located and we had a fantastic view from our room. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was great and the room was comfortable."

"Easy check in and consistent easy communication throughout. The guest house is well located and is right next to a public car park (which is free from 6pm to 9am)"

"Both elevators were out at one point, the staff couldn’t check me in even minutes earlier than the 3pm guideline,and the whole ‘meal thing’ felt weird about inclusions or exclusions. Pay to park (but only 10 pounds) for two nights - but still…great location for rail or ferry, but the staff couldn’t check use an upgrade. PS. Why are the damn hallways so narrow to your room? I could barely get by a maids cart…seems like the fire regulations would be wider. Narrowest I have ever seen in any hotel....

Comfortable room with parking right next door, and we enjoyed dinner at the pub right in the hotel, watching one of the FIFA matches.
