"Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top...

"What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The view is unparalleled and the room, overall, was my favorite of all of the places we stayed on this vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. Une cuisine commune qui permet de faire ses repas, mais également des produits de petits déjeuners que l'on peut acheter à bas prix. "The contact made sure we were safely installed, this being a late check in. The property was lovely and warm and our rooms cosy and comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided. The location is excellent. "

"Had a great stay. The single bed was very comfy and the bedding was of good quality. The room is compact but very clean. Not having a window did not bother me. It is in a great position right next to train station, the ferry and next door to Wetherspoons Only a couple.of.minor things for me is you only get one towel and you can hear movement above from the restaurant.But apart from that I would recommend these rooms to anyone visiting Oban. "We had a lovely stay for just one night at The Airds Hotel. We were a bit late getting in and had to cancel an earlier dinner reservation because we were running behind. But the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to enjoy dinner in the restaurant. They also provided us a takeaway bag for breakfast as we had to check out early the next morning. The hotel room itself was very comfortable. The water in the shower gets scalding hot, BEWARE. There is a sign in the bathroom warning of this...
