Amazing location, especially if you take the train…absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and kind, and stored our luggage before check in and after check out so we could just sightsee and enjoy the town.

Our seaview room was lovely. Everything really clean, decor very nice. Bed was comfy, great shower. Breakfast tasty. Only one gripe...we weren't told by either Expedia or the hotel that our booking included access to the Spa, so we didn't take anything suitable to wear for the sauna/steam room, so we were a bit disappointed with that, but everthing else was great, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was lovely, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room had coffee making facilities and little chocolates and biscuits, the toilet was clean, the shower was excellent, bathrobes and slippers provided along with toiletries, we didn’t use the dining facilities but the smell coming from there was fabulous, we did however use the bar which had a great selection of drinks and cocktails. In all I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. The staff are very friendly, always speaking when you came in or left the building.

The hotel and architectural style were excellent. The staff was as helpful as they could be. I liked the size of the room and the amenities in the room. I feel that saying there is parking onsite in the information on the website is misleading. There were only 6 parking spaces available to all the guests staying at the hotel and it is on a first come first served basis. Not cool. Just don't say you have parking for guests because you really don't. Also the hours of the spa are not meant to accommodate guests only staying for 1 night. The spa closes soon after check-in time and does not open until check out time. So if you think you will be able to enjoy this amenity with only a 1 night stay you will be disappointed like I was.

Our room was lovely and the air-conditioning and heating system worked well. We very much enjoyed the spa. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We did not really care for the dinner menu so didn’t eat there.
