"When we checked in, one of the rooms had some crumbs on the floor. Aside from that, the room was clean overall, and we had a nice ocean view as booked. We really enjoyed our stay."

You have 3 options which does not match with the options external people can choose. - Two eggs with small sausage or bacon (you have to choose), half toast and baby potato - Greek yogurt or milk with cereals and some berries - Cheese sandwich with baby potato You can choose between coffee which is horrible or juice."

"Rooms were cleaned each day with new towels and beds made. The staff was extremely polite and were able to get us into our room right when it was ready, which ended up being 6 hours early. The pool was an amazing amenity. Breakfast was not included, and the bar was only serving remade drinks at the time of our stay. There was no ice machine on the property. Overall the location was amazing, very close to everything you could want. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone"

"Close to the beach but not with ocean view"

"Very disappointing experience. The receptionist, Stephan, was unprofessional and unhelpful. She did not provide solutions or clear explanations, and most concerning, she shared private information such as my name and room location in front of other guests, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The valet parking service is also poorly managed. Even after paying for it, during rain you may be asked to take your own car two blocks away. When requesting your vehicle, expect a wait time of around 45 minutes. The explanations provided were not accurate, as the vehicle’s tracking system clearly showed otherwise. Overall, the service did not meet basic hospitality standards. There are better hotel options nearby with more reliable parking and customer service."

"Convenient location for South beach and Ocean Drive. Good food and drink with excellent service in the restaurant and bar. However, the spaces felt quite cramped and the fitness room was small so got crowded. Staff were just friendly enough for a neutral interaction."
