"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "

"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"

"The staff were very helpful to us in many ways. We needed some help figuring out the safe. We asked for some different pillows not so high. We also asked for a heater. They responded very quickly. They also prepared a box breakfast for our early morning departure. It has a unique decor which we found delightful. Great location close to the main square. "

"We maintain contact with the person in the hotel before arrive, but the boat delays 20 minutes or more to pick me up at the port. The pictures of the website do not reflect the place. There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies"

"The most basic thing you expect is the shower drain shouldn’t clog. I was literally standing there for 10 seconds and I had water up to my ankles. I wanted to wash my hair because it was dusty from the train and couldn’t because the drain was totally clogged. I also informed reception and all they could say is that their technical team wasn’t on duty today and would come and check it out tomorrow. The washroom didn’t seem too clean either, it had some stray hairs on the walls and around the...
