"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."

"Para entrar y salir había que buscar por todo el hotel a la persona de recepcion porque nunca estaba, para el agua caliente toco rebuscar a esa misma persona para q a la final dijera que era un botón ( super fácil de resolver si lo hubiera avisado al hacer el check in, para terminar de rematar. Se fue el agua a las 9pm y nunca la volvieron a poner, lo extraño es que en los locales de las vecindades si había servicio. "
