We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "The most basic thing you expect is the shower drain shouldn’t clog. I was literally standing there for 10 seconds and I had water up to my ankles. I wanted to wash my hair because it was dusty from the train and couldn’t because the drain was totally clogged. I also informed reception and all they could say is that their technical team wasn’t on duty today and would come and check it out tomorrow. The washroom didn’t seem too clean either, it had some stray hairs on the walls and around the...

There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies"
