"Upon check-in, the receptionist was not very welcoming. It was not a good first impression for the hotel. Housekeeping never cleaned the room thoroughly, leaving food scraps on the table and the bathtub dirty. The room also had a musty smell that never went away, and the bathroom and refrigerator had mold. Lastly, the bed linens and towels were old and worn. Our child really enjoyed the Kids Club, and their staff was very kind and helpful. Our child also enjoyed the pool area. The lounge chairs and tables were not clean, however."
