"Have stayed here several times. The vines restaurant is exquisite but this time one the mains was not up to scratch. Soon remedied with a replacement and 2 free glasses of wine and a desert. Cost of the one meal was deducted from our bill by Julian the restaurant manager who could have done anymore "

"I stayed a couple of nights on business and the hotel was the perfect location. The room and bed were both large and comfortable and the pool and sauna facilities were great after a day's work. Although located not far from the main road, the hotel is quiet and secluded enabling a peaceful night's sleep as well as the possibility of working online in the room."

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
