"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. "Stayed for one night for a catch up with friends and a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Very well located to the outlet stores and also to the centre of Chester for food and drinks in the evening. The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. "What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning.
