The room was large and clean with a super king size bed. The staff were extremely friendly and obviously enjoyed their job. I also like the beautiful well kept grounds and easy parking.

Lovely room, very clean. Friendly staff and nice setting between 2 golf courses. Nice spa on site too. Sometimes a bit of a wait for service in the restaurant and bar, staff seem to be spread a bit thinly maybe due to being out of season?

Great people won’t stay again

Great staff who went above and beyond to help. Sadly the hotel needs a spruce as looking tired. Restaurant was ok but unfortunately a noisy group of gofers ruined what could have been a peaceful stay.

Wonderful, relaxing Location

An absolutely wonderful stay, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. The location is stunning, easy to locate, parking a few metres from reception, ideal for couples or larger parties of golfers.

Nice place to stay

I booked 10 rooms for family and friends the night before our daughter’s wedding. We arrived and checked in and was given our room key, unfortunately when we arrived at our room it was still occupied. Fortunately nobody was in the room so we returned back to reception and was assigned another room. Had a lovely stay and would not hesitate on staying again. Staff and food was great.

For a 4 star hotel we expected a higher standard. When entering the room it was lovely however the bathroom really let us down. There was mold, thick limescale coming out of the taps. It didn't look clean. The restaurant is extremely overpriced considering the amount of money being spent for the room and the spa, £8 for garlic butter i think is disgusting oh also a service change just to top it all off. The Spa is really where we enjoyed ourselves. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. We only had half a day but it was well worth it.

Nice overnight stay...comfortable room with comfy large bed. Bar shut at 9pm which was disapointing, Breakfast wasnt the best, but staff were friendly and polite.

Large corporate hotel - everything works !

Warm welcome at check in and very efficient. Large comfortable room everything worked . Great staff. . Reasonable food promptly served . Rather noisy at night - mostly single men on golfing weekend so banging doors and boisterous noise after being in the bar!
