"Best customer service, staff are always there to assist and provide exceptional service. They are always there for you! The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The spa services at oasis was great. The resort pool was clean and they had sea scooters for kids to play in the pool. They also have few restaurants on the property but we tried only 2 and bother were great. We tried saffron and the poop bar cafe that had burgers and other quick food and food and drink both were good. and ordered some room service. Overall we had the best time and already thinking about coming back."

"This would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole nightmare started with the welcome we got when checking in. The local Thai receptionists were fantastic but there was one receptionist (I think South African or Germany) was so rude and the way she treated my partner and I we cut our stay short. We had planned to spend five days at the hotel but left a soon as we could get a flight out. During the checking out process with Thai receptionist could not have been any more help for quite They also offered to credit one of the nights I’m not sure whether hotels.com will forward that credit to me? This hotel just treats you as a number not a guest"
