"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"Kitchenette in room was good idea but absolutely no pans, crockery, cutlery, so basically unuseable & no point in it being there. Bathroom absolutely tiny compared to the size of the overall room, could barely move in the shower & ended up using kitchen sink as bathroom one too small. Toiletries weren't great quality either. That said, I got it for a decent price for London, it was clean, walkable to public transport & nice to have a swimming pool. Didnt use the gym, cinema room or coworking areas but again nice that these are available."

"Good breakfast, nice atmosphere, lovely staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I’ve graded down to reflect the beds being rather uncomfortable especially the very lumpy pillows! If staying here, take your own pillow! Plus it was hard to located where to park based on the hotel’s instructions."

"Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge. Drinks expensive."

"The location is great! You can get the cable car right to the property which is brilliant. The view of the water was my favourite part especially sitting by the window for breakfast,which was a fantastic buffet. The room was very small and so was the shower,and theres no tv but i didnt mind this. My only problem was lack of fresh air in the room as the window doesnt open at all."

"Great place to stay in London being lovely and quiet. The room was quite small, but very clean and comfortable. The bar on the ground floor was very nice and relaxing. The only slight negatives are that most of the ceiling in our room (Room # 434) hadn’t been painted at all so we were looking at bare concrete above our bed. Also, our electronic safe stopped working so we had to get maintenance to attend to allow us to access our belongings before checking out in the morning. That being said, we would definitely return to this hotel in the future as the positives far outweigh the negatives. "

"The property location, design and everything was pretty perfect in my opinion. There was an issue with the soap dispenser (it wasn't working properly), there weren't any bathing cloths in the room, and when we got there we found a dirty towel on the counter above the toilet. Considering all of these minor issues I would still stay at Vertus Edit a second time. Customer service was great very warm and welcoming."
