"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing. "We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great stay, love Canary Wharf!"

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. I also noticed that quite few of the customers received the wrong order, and it had to be sent back to the kitchen, then they had to wait whilst the correct food was prepared."

"Clean room, helpful staff"
