I checked the bathroom and saw black mold like substanceI took pictures. Showed them to hotel clerk who was kind and gave me a new room key. The 2nd bathroom had black mold substance worst than the first room. I took pictures and got a room key for a 3rd room. It was mold free bathroom. The WiFi ...

Best Western Grant Park Hotel
The staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t offer to help us. We had to go up to see if he was ready to check us in. The shower curtain in room 612 kept sliding down and water was going all over the floor. Not enough towels for one night stay and had to ask multiple times for new towels.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop
One of the reasons I booked this property was I thought the room had washer/dryer which it didn't.Breakfast could be better...real crockery instead of disposable plates, better choices. Not particularly clean room -expensive for what it was. Would try somewhere else next time
