Best Western Grant Park Hotel
The staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t offer to help us. We had to go up to see if he was ready to check us in. The shower curtain in room 612 kept sliding down and water was going all over the floor. Not enough towels for one night stay and had to ask multiple times for new towels.

Beautiful view and loved having a full-size fridge in the room. They had a different breakfast every morning, which was nice- I want to get a quick start to the day. Shower is very powerful.
