I just stayed a night but not looking forward to coming back. Lots of yelling from the neighboring room and the walls are paper thin so any hopes of a decent night of sleep were gone. I probably picked a small room but it was really small - just enough to move around. Nothing really worked for me tbh with this property.

隣は最高の朝食をいただけるLou Mitchell's、 Chicago Union Stationからも近く、シカゴの後列車移動するため立地がよく助かりました。 広いキッチンと大きな冷蔵庫、食器も備え付けでした。バスタブもあり、部屋でゆっくりしたい私たちにとって、最高の設備でした。部屋は壁が薄いため、隣の部屋のテレビや人の声がきり大きく聞こえるのは気になりまし。 フロントデスクはないですが、誰かしらがエントランス付近にはいてくださいました。荷物を預けるロッカーは数個しかないですが、バックヤードで預かってくださりありがたかったです。チャットで連絡するとすぐに返信をいただけたので安心できました。 またシカゴに行く際は再訪したいです！

Loved this hotel with several small apartments just a block from Union Station and transit hubs. Tucked between the iconic Lou Mitchell’s diner, Burger King and Dunkin’ Donuts it’s very convenient for all your needs and even has washer/dryer in each apartment (and they provide laundry pods too!)

We stayed in LIVN twice during our train journey across the country. Staff was there in the lobby, although the messages said the lobby would not be staffed, and friendly and ready to assist if needed. It is within walking distance from the train station and there are plenty of options for restaurants close by. The units were very clean and well stocked.

Location is good. Cleaning staff are great. On the other hand, the company managing this building is horrible. Had an issue with the TV in the room not working as soon as we checked in. Contacted whoever the manager was to resolve the issue & I didnt get a response till the day, which i found hilarious. No consideration whatsoever for people traveling long hours & paying for a stay where you assume everything works given the price youre paying. Also, the walls here are super thin & you can hear everything above you including footsteps which unfortunately for us went on all night. I honestly dont usually leave reviews, but given our experience & how passive the manager(s) are here, its necessary. This place comes off gimmicky, & I would never book here again.
