"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Overall I would rate this hotel 3 stars. We were not assigned the room we booked and no complimentary bottled waters were provided in the room, which we would have expected from this hotel."

"Every thing is good!👍🌹"

"Perfect for a"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"Rooms were modern looking, functional and beds were so comfy"

"The room was clean overall There was a strike with valet so the hotel had to utilize a temp service They were very unprofessional Would not listen nor new the rules of checking in your car They used explicit language that should never be used inder any circumstance"

"Great location to Miracle Mile, restaurants and grocery store!"

"It was a great stay"

"Anthony and Richard were so kind and hospitable! Made sure our stay was comfortable and supported us with options when our Uber cancelled on us 3 times! Really appreciate their kindness! Will book again for future trips."

"Great historic hotel. Super nice staff"
