"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring. The room was comfortable, very clean, and bright. Highly recommended."

"Just a quick overnight stay in Milan before leaving Italy but the front desk staff was extremely helpful in mapping out a plan for a quick 1/2 day tour of the city and arranging our transfers to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was a lot bigger than the “standard” European sized room and had a lovely garden!"
