"This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience."

"La habitación extremadamente limpia. Las amenidades por encima de el cielo, teníamos de la mejor manera presentado, los filtros para el café, el esplenda, especies, aceite de olivo y vinagre, aceite para cocinar en el baño, impresionante que también había artículos femeninos, qtips, costurero, medicinas de primeros auxilios.
La vista espectacular, la cercanía a atracciones corta.
Jacuzzi con batas para salir.

"Everything was perfect , friendly staff , Carlos was very good giving us instructions , we loved the hot springs and the food was yummy in the restaurant in the pool ,from our room 124 we had a nice view to the volcano also have a extra jacussi with the volcano view , we would love to go back "

"This hotel is situated in quiet nature. The scenery is calming and so are the rooms. Every room has a view like out of a postcard of the lake and the mountain and greenery.
The staff are amazing, attentive and welcome but do not speak fluent English. It allowed me to practice my Spanish and also enjoy the culture even more.
The food - breakfast … I don’t know if there are enough words in any langue to describe the quality, presentation and taste. Everything is made in the open kitchen and...
