"This stay was very comfortable. Great friendly staff and the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms stocked as they should be. Very well built and maintained. It’s not dirty, no bugs, no peeling paint, showers are strong and water is clean. Very nice stay and I’ll be repeating when I’m in town every time."

"The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices."

"The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee. Everytime I grabbed something the staff was looking at me like I was in some sort of trouble . ...

"The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

"Be ready to pay for valley parking and have to be requesting the car for any time you need your car. That is the hotel's only parking option. But dont be afraid to drive around the green area across the street you might find street parking spaces available."

"My room was very old and outdated. The furniture and walls were all scratched up. The sheets weren't clean, which I didn't see until afterwards because I didn't sleep on that side. There was a loud noise that sounded like a truck coming through the walls repeatedly throughout the night. It most likely was a plumbing issue. The hotel needs a renovation ASAP."

"When we first arrived, we were told that we already checked in hours before our reservations was made. First, there was no record of our reservation… then after looking it up by number they said we were already checked into a room at 1:30pm… we didn’t even book the room until 7pm. Computer issue, maybe? We get a room on the first floor, but it was literally crawling with bugs … we kill three roaches before putting down our bags. Large spiders were in the window. We left them there hoping...

"We chose this location for the kitchenette. I would have never guessed how amazing the staff is here. The front desk staff helped me so many times. We had a complicated stay due to my wife's surgery in New Orleans. I couldn't have put together a better 24 hour staff if I tried. Every time I turned around someone was there to help. The breakfast is great, the pool was warm, the little store is stocked with everything you need. Location is great for walking to all kinds of good restaurants, pubs...

"Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return."

"This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom"

"This hotel was a major disappointment. From the staff's unprofessional attitudes to the filthy condition of the room, the experience fell far below expectations. The carpet was so dirty that after walking around the room in white socks, they were nearly black by the time I took them off before bed. The kitchen was also a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images were misleading and did not...

"The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night."

"The property was fine and the workers were excellent. My room was very small and I was not aware that it would be that small. It was also very hot. I always thought if you stayed at Embassy Suites you would stay in a suite. Other than that things were good and the breakfast was great as usual."

"First for it to be a non-smoking room it reaked of smoke that gives u major headaches and then beds moves constantly and pray u don't hit the metal when getting out of the bed and hurt your legs. The coffee machine did not work in the room. The breakfast area was nice but they did not come and put more food out after it ran out which was pretty much of everything. Other than that it's a place to sleep."
