Breakfast ends at 9 when most places on the weekend ends at 10. Had water come in room either from storm or ac. But the beds was comfortable. And the 50 fee sucks wasn’t made aware of it. They withdraw it quickly but have to wait 4-5 days for return not fair

I firstly want to say thank you to the staff for their hospitality. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. All staff that were there during my stay are greatly appreciated. Ok so basically you get what you pay for. So now I wasn’t expecting 5 star amenities or room. I still had some issue with the rooms cleanliness. There was an old soap bar inside the shower, the fridge was dusty, towels brown, sheets dirty, and the sink had hair in it. The amenities for the coffee pot in the room have an expiration date of 05/2009. First night there the lights went out several times, some issue with the a.c/heat unit. That really bummed me out bc I was prepping to leave the room to celebrate my bday but couldn’t due to the lights being out and maintenance needing access to the room. If you are one of those people that like a nice room, don’t book here. If you just need a place to rest your head for cheap, this is your spot. Just bring your own personal towels, sheets, and etc The hotel is also next to a corner store, lq store and another store across the road. Store next door sells food so that’s convenient. Hotel also offers breakfast which came in clutch.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few things I wish I had known ahead of time. For example, they didn’t mention the $50 deposit anywhere—it only said the balance of $204.78 was due at the desk. I even called a week before to confirm the final charges and was told just the $204.78, so the deposit caught me off guard. We got it back, but that money could’ve been helpful since we had only budgeted for the balance and our trip to New Orleans. The room itself had some issues. The toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, the tub was really close to everything, and the beds were much smaller than advertised—more like a twin XL or a small full, even though they looked bigger in the photos. The breakfast was very basic, with just waffles, cereal, and muffins. On the positive side, the hotel was quiet and served its purpose since we only needed a place to sleep. It was affordable, but just be aware that the photos make the rooms look bigger than they really are.

Clean room, it had about a 5ft tall fridge/freezer which helped store the food I had. It also had a 2 burner stove and small kitchen sink included in the room which was nice.

The first room I was assigned smelled of cigarettes and drugs. The door didn't close properly, and I didn't feel safe, so I asked for another room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly assigned me another room. This room didn't smell, and it felt safer because it was near the courtyard and not in the back parking lot. However, there were roaches climbing on the walls and running across the floor. Needless to say, I did not rest at all. I actually took videos and pictures of the roaches to tell the staff. I was on high alert. Overall, my experience was poor. There is a beautiful courtyard, a lovely pool and wonderful staff. They serve a hot breakfast (I had no interest once I saw the roaches), and they are very conveniently located. The bottom line is that I don't want to share my space without my consent- no roaches for me!

The breakfast was only available from 6-9am which most hotels stay open until 10am. There were fights outside of my hotel room at 3 in the morning. The facility was dirty, the room was worn out. The sheets had red stains on them. The keycard kept resetting.

This was possibly the worst place i ever had stay in. First the latch on the door was broken and door deadbolt would lock call the office only said they would look at 2 morrow had to barricade the door closed! People yelling outside for hours. A real scary place this was. Surprised expedia even lists this property. Sink facet broken and just loosely sitting there. After being awake most of the nite at 8 00am a hard knock on door i ask what do you want he say room service i ask him to come back later. He then had a master key and tryied to come in!! Guess what the barricade worked and i yelled loudly for him to go. What a nightmare this place was.

Older hotel that is now somehow a Choice property. It has been fixed up but is still rough. Staff were rarely seen. Breakfast offerings were meager and the coffee weak and only warm. I think the maid lived two rooms away from ours with a defunt pickup truck and charcoal grill in front of her door. Gate access to parking seemed appropriate. Road noise from the expressway way intrusive. Shower was hot and only shampoo and bar soap provided. Towels were thin and few. The hair dryer never worked and the TV had no signal the last evening. The price was low.
