Honestly, one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The air was cold, the linen was clean and the room was clean. I also liked that the hotel was all non-smoking-so that smell didn’t linger in our room. It also had a mini-fridge, which was super convenient. If I had to list a con, it would be the carpet was kinda old/dirty. Other than that, no complaints at all about my stay!

Loved having working amenities, customer service was excellent, love the walk in shower with hot water and no-slip tiles, comfortable bed, big television. Small areas on the carpet had stains, but there was nothing else. Enjoyed my stay and was easily able to access the casino and restaurant, which i believe is overrated and over priced.

Really enjoyed my stay in a nice clean room with a walk in shower! Would've been nice if brkfst was included tho. The staff is awesome and very helpful if you need. Easy access to the casino. Could see my vehicle in a well lit parking lot. Didn't care for all the cats outside the entrance is my only complaint.

Very cool casino, on a 3 story boat. Huge bathroom and shower, shower could have had a seat and hand hold. Awesome complimentary waters! An awesome view of casino from room. Highly recommend and inexpensive!

Not enough handicap parking had to walk a very far ways just had back injections so that was hard room was clean and bed was comfortable was on the 5th floor and very far from the elevator so when it came time to leave I called down to see if they could possibly bring up a luggage cart but was told that they don't do that if it wasn't for the back injections I had the day before I probably could have managed but I had to drag luggage to the elevator into the lobby with no help from the staff another patron staying there did offer to help but not your staff

Room was big and clean. Bathroom and shower was huge! Staff was nice and helpful. Specifically Mrs. Sabrina at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again. The resort is roughly 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans
