Only negative would be there isn’t much options for food when you go beginning of August as most places close for hurricane season. I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach.
