โรงแรมใกล้รูปปั้นกัปตันอเมริการ, นิวยอร์ก

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

"Good clean room. Easy checkin"

"The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again."

"First of all, the place was completely overpriced the weekend we were there. The only amenity worth anything is the rooftop space. The neighborhood is on the edge of rundown, but a couple blocks east and north it gets better. The beds are adequate and mostly the room is fairly soundproof (except, as always, for the heating unit). Good enough towels and pillows. Breakfast is adequate. I will say the coffee was actually good (worth going down to LL for rather than the Keurig). Both check in and...

"We like the following"

"The staff was exceptional. The lobby needs to be updated starting with the carpet being replace. First impression. The location was the best for dining with access to the subway. Overall my stay was comfortable.."

"The property was not well updated and their organizational system seems a tad antiquated and disorganized. However the staff was really pleasant and right on it with any request fixing anything that wasn't up to par."

"ddf"

"I didn't like it because you didn't have anywhere to park if you parked BEHIND the motel you had to pay 45.00 for each day your there. They tell you it's ok to park on the street but it's not because I received a ticket that I'm trying to get out of so I would not recommend unless it was the last choice."

"Great location! Only a train or two away from Manhattan. The room is extremely small so keep this in mind. Perfect for solo travelers or couples who just need a place to put their stuff and lay their head. Wouldn't recommend this for a family. My only negative is that the house keepers were pretty loud while cleaning neighboring rooms. Woke me out of my sleep. Front desk staff was extremely helpful- they allowed me to pay for a late check out at 4 PM since I had a late flight home."

"The room was clean and very comfortable, towels and wash cloths were old and worn though. The air conditioning worked well and I didn’t have much interaction with staff. Considering the prices of hotels in NY, I really can’t complain at all for what I paid to stay at the Phoenix. I would actually stay there again if needed. My room was next to the street so it was really noisy, especially on the weekend, thank god I can sleep through anything, if you’re looking for absolute quiet this might not...

"It’s just so loud, club music from somewhere all night long, every time I fall in sleep then I hear slamming the door many times!"
