While we have visited this resort many times and appreciate the upgrades, it was an inconvenience. Also customer service was lacking a bit this time, new faces not as pleasant as the old ones. When stating no thank you to excursions, was met with attitude. Im on vacation , let me be.

Worst experience ever! Too much to say and not enough space! Go see my Google review on this place. I highly recommend you believe all the bad reviews. Normally I try to get my own opinion as I feel some people over exaggerate but, this time I should have listened to them and got my money’s worth by booking somewhere else!
