We enjoy staying here. Clean, nice bathroom with large shower. Not happy with towels in the bathroom this time, they were small, thread baren, and the cleaning lady repeatedly only left one bath towel and one hand towel, but my husband and I were in the room together for 3 days. The pool towels are nice. The food at the restaurant and around pool is delicious

Great hotel

Excellent and clean hotel. I bit away from the beach, but for 400 pesos you can go to Delfina’s Beach and the hotel zone. Perfect hotel for 1-2 nights. We spend our last two days here before flying back home to Sweden.

Completely satisfied with our stay here and have no complaints. We were in Cancun to have some checkups done at the Galenia Hospital. The hotel is conveniently attached to the hospital which cut travels costs and time to and from the hospital and the hotel basically non-existent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and functional and the area is conveniently located close to several shopping malls and local restaurants.

Sacrificing location for value

Nice value overall. Not a good location for beach and restaurants but you should have figured that out before booking and it’s the reason rooms are offered at a good price (my room was under $100 per night). You’ll be taking taxis or long walks for anything good. The pool area is nice. The gym doesn’t have much weight training equipment but it has free weights up to 50 pounds so that worked for me. The rooms are big and clean. If you want to be close to the beach, stay somewhere else. If you want good value and don’t mind walking or taking taxis, I recommend the hotel.

The hot water in our room was not working for whatever reason. The maintenance guy came up and ran the water for a few minutes and it got warm but the next morning when I went take a shower the water never even got warm. It's strange since our friends who were staying on the same floor had no issue. Also, the smoke detector was directly above the bed and was flashing the entire night.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning.

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

No nos gusto que las habitaciones parecen de clinica y los baños tambien. Nos sentimos mas en una clinica que en un hotel de disfrute. En nuestro pasillo un olor horrible a cigarrillo y a tabaco a pesar de que dice que es no fumadores. Los lobbies oscuros, la luz del baño blanca azulada ,,, no estuvimos conformes. La limpieza si buena, y la cama y sabanas limpias. Pero deben remodelar un poco, las mesas y muebles de habitacion necesitan tapiceria algunos rotos .
