I would definitely stay here again, property was in close proximity to everything and the area was perfect for a foodie lover like myself. Staff was very corteous and helpful and i would recommend to anyone to stay at the property.

Very nice, new apartment with a good location between the airport and beaches. There is a restaurant and convenience store (not shown on Google Maps) just a block away on a street with very little traffic. The beds are very comfortable and the showers have excellent water pressure and temperature control. The rooftop pool has a great view of the sunset. The 24 front desk people are very nice and welcoming.

Really nice property I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay out of awwwww the hotel zone but still be close to lots of things. It’s a new build so everything was spotless and clean. Wonderful roof top pool, fitness centre and underground garage. 24 hour front desk/security. A/C in every room. Full sized kitchen. Wifi 10/10.

Buyer beware! We booked one stay. The place was wonderful and the staff at the location were wonderful. The people that actually own it were a little rude, but we like the place and the people there so much we booked another stay for a few days later. That was the most ridiculously horrible mistake! We made the reservation and paid for it. When we got to the property, the staff on location, said the apartment was not available. It had been rented to someone else. I said no problem, believing I would get my money back. I messaged the owner repeatedly. The first day that I messaged, they did respond two times- one time to blame me for booking through Expedia and the second text they asked for proof of my booking but even after I sent it, they wouldn’t respond. I booked the first stay through Expedia and they never told me another way to book it, or that they preferred for me to book another way. If they have a problem with people booking through Expedia, why are they doing business with Expedia?

The apartment was beautiful so was the roof top pool. Everything wasn't that far away. Only complaints are the address listened & given to me by the manager was not correct…it never popped up on the maps correctly. every time I put in the for an Uber it brought me down the street, in the vicinity but not to the actual property. The apartment smelled like a dirty diaper or old mop water when we arrived but eventually went away. The WiFi wasn’t working at first but got it to work. The employees give the impression that you are bothering them when you call to the front desk. In person they were absolutely great. Overall it was a great stay. I will be back.

Clean, spacy, apartment with nice kitchen, with washer and dryer. We enjoyed the pool on top deck. We found out this building was in a nice safe area which is Cumbres of Cancun. Rubi and Carla were very helpful at front desk. Towels, toilet paper were very limited. Most of the other staffs were unfriendly, and we feel higher management can have better communication with us. Overall, good value for the place.

The unit was very clean and the pool was really nice. Staff speaks little to no English and could not effectively communicate back 50% of the time even when we used a with a translator later app. The listing indicates having a balcony however our room did not have a balcony and they were not able to switch rooms for us. Instead of a balcony, we had windows with a lovely view of the parking garage below. The area is far from the tourist district, which is fine and felt somewhat safe but keep in mind, it is somewhat remote and you will have to have transportation to get to a grocery store. There are three or four restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The kitchen is somewhat equipped, but has unuseful things like a juicer and then has no mixing bowls. There is minimal toilet paper and no paper towels. There is shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. There are no spices or anything like that to cook with. You will have to go to a grocery store to buy basic provisions, especially if you’re staying more than one or two nights. You will also need to bring in your own bottled water so again a trip to the grocery store or at least walk to the convenience market two blocks away.

Our stay was incredible. We were shocked at how large the rooms were. Everything was beautiful. The shower was large with good water pressure. Everything was immaculately clean too. Each time we left the property or returned we were greeted and asked if we had any needs. The area around the hotel was safe as well-we walked multiple times to get cookies or ice cream down the street.

Las personas de la recepción muy atentas, únicamente que no tuvimos internet en los días que estuvimos aunque se reportó. También la sobre carga de la luz al utilizar la lavadora hizo que se fuera la luz del departamento.
