"Rooms need updating. Our first room was old with. Dirty carpet. Staff updated us in to a cleaner room but window looked at the air conditioner. That was disappointing . Also lobby is being renovated … had no idea. Property is nice but expected better "

As a woman at night I would be a little nervous around the area but with my boyfriend we were never bothered and it was chill. The hotel feels really safe and was clean, offering cleaning service daily and filtered water stations with complimentary flavored water, coffee, etc. I loved it and would stay again "

"Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that."
