Very comfortable!

We had a great stay. Overall everything was done well: very clean, comfortable, supermarket, in a great location in terms of transportation and the park as well. It was SUPER quiet in the neighborhood. There were only two things: it smelled like very strong cleaning solution when we arrived (but that quickly disapated after we opened the windows, and we were glad that it had been cleaned so we'll!). The other thing were the mattress protectors on the twin beds. Because they're more waterproof, you tend to sweat a lot. Other than those two things, our stay was very comfortable!

Easy walking distance to two Metro stops. Larger urban Auchan supermarket has everything, but the walk to a Boylangerie is a bit far. The biggest plus is the Buttes Chaumont Park which is lovely!!

Overall I believe this property has good location close to metros and a good size room. Breakfast was disappointing during weekdays due to a bad staff, this lady in charge was not friendly at all, not refilling items, and she kept moving around giving the impression of rationalizing items intimidating for a paid breakfast. During the weekend a new person came to replace this not friend lady and made the experience much better. I would not recommend staying there if you enjoy have good breakfast time.

Family of five March 2025 stay

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit as a family of five (2adults, 3 teens) for 9 nights in March 2025. The location is great, a quick walk to two different metro stations and down the street from a grocery store and boulangerie. The hotel is along a pedestrian only street, across from a school. At the end of each school day children and their families spend time visiting and playing outside (during the nice weather anyhow!) which definitely contributes to the local Parisian feel. The area is also very safe. I was a bit apprehensive given what information is provided online on the 19th arr. However, it is very safe and we had no concerns. Nearby Buttes Chaumont park is also lovely and there are tons of restaurant options within a 5-10 minute walk. We discovered Botza restaurant which is fantastic and right by Buttes Chaumont park. The 2 bedroom unit offered enough space for five adult size travellers. It was a nice bonus to discover the bathroom is an actually a separate toilet room plus two separate sink and shower areas. That was really nice with our group of five. The kitchen is reasonably stocked, however no stove just as an fyi. This hotel is older and a bit run down but meets 3* expectation. Beds are very comfy and unit is clean, just some cosmetic limitations with chipped countertops and worn out baseboards. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others if you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation.

Great little property. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is in a quiet residential area, opposite an school with a good handful of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Two metro lines close by, and the very handy rue de Belleville is 5 minutes from the door. Plenty of boulangeries and food stores on hand. A little further you'll find a stack of Asian restaurants. The hotel sells essentials for your stay, but if you need more, Momo L'Epicerie is just around the corner and stocked up with all your daily needs. The apartment had a small kitchen, with dishwasher and Nespresso machine to wake you up in the morning. Great for a budget stay experiencing a less touristy part of Paris. Can't wait to return!

Property is a bit old with tiny shower and toilet rooms. Staff was reluctant to provide me extra room key because they were short of keys?? Housekeeping is not provided unless you stay there longer than 8 days. We stay there for four nights with limited housekeeping supply. Overall service is below expectations.

Vi likte oss godt her og det var stille og rolig. Fikk oppgradert til leilighet med 1soverom og balkong mot grøntområde/hage hvor fuglene sang i trærne. Metro og den flotte parken Buttes Chaumont er i nærheten. Dagligvarebutikk og flere bakeri like ved.
