Great location, pleasant and helpful staff

Location is great, staff is very nice, large rooms,free parking. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I like that they have microwave and little fridge in each room. Hotel is dated and could use refurbishing.

The hotel is being renovated so some of the rooms still have non- working A/C and old carpet and sinks. Overall we did have a nice and easy stay. Many thanks to the staff.

Happy we booked this hotel.

We liked that the room was noticeably CLEAN. Loved that they have a heated floor in the bathroom. The front desk lady was kind enough to check us in early. We have no complaints!

Great location off the freeway, fast food , grocery store, restaurants in walking distance. However, the condition of the room was just shocking. If we hadn't driven for over two hours, we would've headed back home.

Room was DISGUSTING so run down and the door didn’t even close you could see light coming through from outside. Had to go to the desk to request a refund and get a room somewhere else. Staff was very accommodating and helpful

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.

The facility is older and a little run down, and it does not have all the latest amenities. But the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! For an overnight business trip, you really can't ask for much more.

Too many Hispanics being loud and hanging out late- a rating of 4 or less is appropriate. Does quiet after 11 PM for sleep. Was moved to safer room upstairs and more west.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Those were literally the ONLY positives. The rug in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, there was rust and mold in the shower, cracked sink, broken headboard on the bed. They charged as if you were staying in a decent motel. Totally not so. Wrapped Danish and an apple was the “breakfast” offered for free. We will never stay in a Days Inn again. Expected so much more from a Wyndham property.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We immediately checked right out. Didn’t feel safe at all! The room was dirty & not kept up at all. I would never Recommend this place EVER. The girl at the front desk was really nice though!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room needed to be painted and updated. The bathtub was peeling and the furniture plus pictures were old etc. Also, the door "key" did not work very well. The "breakfast" was not very appealing in the morning.

Hmmm, where do I start? The location is great for where we had to be, the room was kinda clean but the quality of the room was subpar for my minimum standards, sink was chipped, faucet was loose, ac was sitting on wood and dirty, ceiling paint was chipped, wooden door had scratches, pen left in room - tip was chewed, cord against the wall was loose, chair in room (had wheels) was impossible to move, I think I made my point….

Ups and downs

The people in the office were nice and helpful. When we arrived the room had a funky order and the air conditioner didnt work and the room phone didnt work. They moved us to another room. In the new room the air conditioner worked. The room smelled better. However, the bathroom had little bugs crawling around. And the door was hard to unlock with their key. I let the office know. Was disappointed but didnt cancel because i didnt want to get charged

The shower had ants crawling out when the water was turned on, somebody's long hair in the sheets, stains in the bathroom sink that seemed suspect but maybe somebody died their hair in the sink and hair dye was the stain. The advertised morning breakfast was an apple and chewey granola bar...coffee too. Such a "breakfast" is an insult. Dont advertise an apple and chewy granolla bar as a breakfast, that's misleading and totally absurd. The staff was great, wonderful to interact with. No, I did not report the sub standard issues because quality assurance and control is not my job at the hotel. No, I did not report while I was there so the "staff can make it right", because once again, quality control is not my job nor responsibility. QC should be managed by the property owner/operator. Will I return? No way, I'm staying elsewhere tonight.

Front office staff not friendly, I don't know maybe she just doesn't speak any English, but she can still be a little more friendly. We were put in room 124, beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom smelled like if someone used the toilet, and it went unflushed for days. Sink needs to be reglazed, it looks like it had to be reglazed 8yrs ago. Carpet hasn't been washed in who knows how long, some really visible stains, and old stains. "breakfast " ends at 9am, I went at 8am and all they had left was apples, coffee, and oatmeal packages but no hot water. I know you get what you pay for, but geez... Maybe I just got unlucky with one of their worse rooms...

I had a first floor room, which was convenient, however, the room itself was outdated. The room was missing the bottom baseboards in the room, the tv remote was not paired to the tv (which I could have contacted the desk, however, it was inconvenient nonetheless), the bathtub had rust stains, mini blinds were broken, the tub itself was peeling on the floor, and the room itself didn't give a "clean" vibe... at all. I've stayed within the Days Inn chain within many states... which is why I did book at this location, but was extremely disappointed. I would not stay here again, unfortunately, and for someone that travels a lot, I also would not recommend this location either. I stayed for 2 nights solo after traveling across the US, and I did everything I could not to stay in my room for long periods of time. The location definitely needs an upgrade, however, with this all being said, the location was easy to find, it is close by to grab a bite or run to a store and easy to access from the highway.
