"The location was great! It wasn’t too far of a walk from the main hustle and bustle - the hotel itself was in a quiet area which was perfect! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were very friendly! The room was clean & spacious. Overall 10/10 stay and I’d do it again!"

"Beautiful property, fit our family of 6 without any issue- very spacious. Excellent location as well - very walkable. 4 stars only for accessibility. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the...

"Most rooms don’t have a balcony ! But otherwise great property, located right above a an evening pub but no noise issues, just across the bridge from a main strip but in a less busy with many cafe/restaurant just down the road. I’m not sure how cooling goes in the summer I was there in April and a fan/open window was sufficient . Felt safe and away from the hustle but easy to join if desired "

"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. "Loved our stay here, beautiful cosy hotel in a great location. Only slightly disappointed when trying to book the boat trip to Murano, were told they could only facilitate if enough people wanted to go that day due to the cost being too expensive. We weren’t too bothered about going, but would have been good to know that when we checked in to plan accordingly. Other than that, faultless experience and would stay again!"

"Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this."
