"It's hard not to love this place. Excellent location in a quiet nook. Beautiful garden with ample seating. Very charming. Very Venetian. Very peaceful. I believe there are only 15 rooms in the hotel giving the hotel a boutique feel. In a lively city like Venice, it truly was a very nice retreat. The staff was very friendly yet not overly helpful. The other guests were truly considerate. That being said, if you read previous Expedia reviews, the hotel gets high marks on all categories except...

"スタッフは感じ良く、部屋の設備はこだわりを感じお洒落で快適に過ごせました。M'artでの朝食は美味しく景色も良くてとても気に入りました。事前に依頼していた加湿器も用意されていました。残念だったのは、以前ヴェニスを訪問した時よりもヴァポレットが想像以上に混雑していて時間をロスした事です。ホテルからは水上タクシーの手配の案内は受け取っていたのですが、もう一歩踏み込んで混雑情報を知らせてもらえればもっとスムーズにチェックイン出来たかもしれないと感じました。しかしこれはこちらから確認するべきだったかもしれませんね。 もう一つ、ホテルのアートを鑑賞出来なかったのが心残りでした。"

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. "The selling point of this hotel is the incredible view from the breakfast area/lounge and the overall location. Decor was a little tired and the room could be more thoroughly cleaned (squashed mosquitoes on the walls). It was very warm when we were there which brought out the mozzies. Unfortunately the building air con wasn't on so we had to open the windows and got eaten alive at night. This improved once we asked for a fan and could shut the windows. Bed was very comfortable though and shower...
