"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

"We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."

Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. "Property location is great. Much calmer area away from the tourist, yet close enough to walk everywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are great, but noisy. stuff wasn't as friendly and as welcoming."

"The selling point of this hotel is the incredible view from the breakfast area/lounge and the overall location. Decor was a little tired and the room could be more thoroughly cleaned (squashed mosquitoes on the walls). It was very warm when we were there which brought out the mozzies.
