"Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and a great location!"

"Very helpful in letting us know what to see in Venice"

"The room was clean and serviced daily. A small buffet breakfast was perfect and although tea/coffee was not provided in the rooms it was available downstairs all day. What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the staff. Everyone of them were so friendly and were able to offer help and advice about anything. It felt as if they really cared that we enjoyed our stay in this incredible city."

"The hotel was ok. A little surprise how small the bar/terrace was. You could only get about 20 people comfortably, which would be ok, if they had other areas that you could just relax and have a drink in."

"great experience with super nice staff clean room excellent space excellent service great location superb breakfast and everything made u feel like at home"

"Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! "Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two...

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"Good location, clean room. You will need to go up stairs but that is normal in Venice. I recommend this stay."

"Hotel was excellent, great service from staff. Easy to get to from water taxi and to depart as well. Breakfast was awesome w great selection. Rooms clean and as advertised! Great stay!!!!"

"We actually stayed in an apartment attached to this boutique hotel. The apartment was spacious, and modern with high end showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location, close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, a wonderful little community with a fabulous bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stand. There was even an evening of tango in community square as well as a gondola station. It was a perfect stay!!"

"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Quieter location, close to 2nd ferry stop from the airport. All major sites and good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection. Rooms could use some maintenance. Overall great hotel for Venice!"
