"LOVED IT !!! My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights...first time to Venice. Mario was a fantastic host providing a lovely breakfast each morning and some great recommendations (including a map) of the most popular places to visit in Venice, which made our trip perfect. The place was perfectly located, very clean, quiet....just perfect spot for a short visit. And it was our first time staying in B&B and certainly did not disappoint. I would 1000% recommend this place !"

"Lovely property on the Grand Canal. 3 mins from Rialto Bridge, water bus stop nearby. 20 min walk to St Marks. We have been a few times to Venice when in other cities in Italy but I have to say staying overnight was great. You could be up and about before the day trippers started arriving and also the evenings were quieter. We had a lovely evening meal at Porta di Acqua about a 10 min walk from the hotel on the Grand Canal.
All the hotel staff were fantastic.

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Their breakfast had many delicious options and seating in both the garden and lovely, flower-filled dining area. The staff were very helpful & friendly, going above and beyond with recommendations and even lent us an umbrella for the afternoon.
The hotel has an afternoon tea, which was beautifully presented and a nice break from all the crowds. We highly recommend!!"

"A very reasonably priced hotel in Venice overlooking a canal and extremely walkable to all the sights in Venice. Easy to get to from the boat stop (beware pickpockets!). Room was very spacious - we had a suite as my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter and there was a large sofa bed made up for her in the sitting room that she said was comfortable. Friendly and professional staff who were also very welcoming to our dog"

"Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice.
The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful.
We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room.
There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot.
Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it.
The bathroom and shower were great, too. "

"Muy limpio y ordenado
En una zona tranquila pero cercana en bus o caminando desde la estación de metro.
Si bien no hay recepción las instrucciones para el ingreso son muy claras y sencillas de cumplir
Mejoraría la cama que aunque es amplia de su parte central no es tan cómoda
Alessandra muy amable, pendiente de los detalles y que la estancia sea placentera. "

"Waterway entrance is Venice perfection. Our suite was very large and well appointed. Electronic communications were very good and I would recommend you coordinate for water taxi transport to and from the airport. Fabulous!"

"We had a great stay! Quiet neighbourhood, just outside of busy tourist areas. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. About 20 min walk from train station. Very clean, easy check in process. "
