"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. "Well positioned for access to all parts of York. The owners ensure that the guests are welcome, comfortable and well provided for Any issues? Access to parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but ample and secure. Otherwise it is as close to perfection as one could expect. "

"My new husband and I stayed here as part of our mini-moon and loved it. The spa was wonderful but the main pool a bit cool for me, my husband enjoyed it though. We had dinner at the Fat Abbott and it was gorgeous! Staff were wonderful. Slept very well, bathroom could do have been a little cleaner and the rooms lovely for a standard but could do with a little update in my opinion. Facilities were super (decent hair dryer and shower gel). Breakfast was spot on. Loved it, we only live down...
