"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in an amazing location: walking distance to everything I wanted to do. It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! I was there on Halloween weekend and you would not even know the neighborhood was popping off because it was so quiet. My family of 4 stayed in a double room (2 double beds) and it was just fine. Super comfy beds...we were so tired and slept really well. Now, the staff: Shout out to Thomas who was so helpful when I made a booking mistake. Shout...

"The room was nice but very tight (small)."

"The staff were wonderful. The lobby and entrance are gorgeous. My room was odd and the pillows very very flat. The mini fridge was full so there wasn't really a place to keep my groceries. The gym was cramped and made me feel uncomfortable due to the amount of body builder pictures. I didn't like that there wasn't a shower curtain, just a glass half wall."

"Everything was great except the restaurant prices: $25 ($30 after tax and tip) for a Woodford on the rocks), and $31 (before tax and tip) for a breakfast cake (essentially a muffin)."

"The check in was online and I love that part , place was very clean and had everything inside I needed for comfortable stay ! Loved having full kitchen to use !"

"Great experience"

"Staff very helpful & very comfortable rooms. Room service is limited but so much great food in the neighborhood."

"I enjoy the warm cozy feeling of the hotel, the area was excellent and what was more important was the staff at the front desk"
