One of our travelers got bed bug bites. The door on the hotel room didn't full close. The management was very kind and the location is great, but do not stay here if cleanliness and security are important to you.

It was a good hotel for New York. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There were delicious Chinese restaurants all around. I tried one called Dim Sum Palace and it was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The area seemed to be very safe, even late at night. It was a Saturday and there were many young couples and groups walking around at 10 p.m. The next morning I found a nice place for breakfast called The Corner Bar just across the street. The only negative was that there was no chair in the room and so I had to eat my Chinese takeout in the bed.
