"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in an amazing location: walking distance to everything I wanted to do. It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! "Love the hotel!!"

The staff was welcoming and very helpful during our stay."

"The check in was online and I love that part , place was very clean and had everything inside I needed for comfortable stay ! Loved having full kitchen to use !"

I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

"I enjoy the warm cozy feeling of the hotel, the area was excellent and what was more important was the staff at the front desk"
