"This is our eighth stay at this property and this review is really the same for all 8 stays. The property is new, excellent condition, close to the major highway, very friendly staff, safe and clean. We have a couple of issues though, firstly the “hot” breakfast buffet items are always cold. It doesn’t matter what time you come for breakfast, the hot items are cold. This could be greatly improved. In the meantime order some bespoke scrambled eggs so at least that will be warm. The second issue...

Unfortunately the cooking equipment was filthy and needed a thorough clean before use, the mount for the shower was broken, the TV was a relatively small older-style unit with no applications (Netflix etc) and while there was a DVD with USB the remote seemed to be for a different device and you could not control it...
