"We were disappointed the pool was closed down when we arrived. I understand things happen, but would have loved some notice ahead of time. I spoke to the manager who was very nice, and she SAID she did send a message through Expedia, but we never received it. Unsure if that might have been an issue on Expedia's side. Based on the technology in the wall, I'm guessing the hotel has been there a while, but it seemed to be aging very well. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been larger, but that's all hotels these days. Parking is $5 a night, which is a good rate, and it was very convenient to use. Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"We were there for four nights three out of the four days we had to ask for a new key. We did not have housekeeping, no clean towels no amenities refreshed breakfast was bear, and it smelled of weed throughout our way. The stairway was outside in the sign on the door indicating you needed to use your room key to re-enter that was not true as the doors were always open and that was a major safety issue. I don’t think we would reserve a room at the Wingate by Wyndham again."

"One night stay. First i didnt know there was going to be a $100 automatic deposit. We had already paid for our room ahead of time and nowhere was there a statement of a deposit. Second our rooms 2nd deadbolt lock was broken. We notified front desk but we didnt have time to switch rooms so left it as that. Went to our event and came back for the night ready to get in bed, when we noticed the sheets had black scuff marks indicating they werent washed or changed. It was late and we were just tired so we chose to just sleep on top of the main blanket. Notified front desk upon check out and was told i would receive an email of my check out, etc. Still waiting on receiving that."

"As I was checking in, the gentlemen at the counter was more engaged on his phone to the point he handed me the iPad to check myself in with all my information. The atmosphere felt extremely unsafe, I ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel. "

"It was clean and nice with nicely setup rooms. Also conveniently located."

"I called to let them know I was arriving late the person that was in the front counter was rude and wanted to get us in asap. The shower was missing pieces from the tub and the plumbing was coming apart had to sleep with a leak since I couldn’t turn it off. Pillows smelled like if someone slept there before and they just did the bef with the same sheets."

"Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper"
