Bathroom had hair all over in the shower and it was slippery. Also, the change over to large screwed to the wall soap and shampoo bottles must be checked there was no shampoo and no soap. Bed was just average for comfortability. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Room was clean, the area was quiet and well lit. Was unaware they charge for parking. We had a 2 night stay. Was disappointed that the room was not serviced in between the stay. Either a larger trash bin or a second one would be helpful as our trash was overflowing by the end of the stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast bar was enjoyable as well.

After a horrible experience at another hotel and then a mix-up on a booking site, I was feeling stressed traveling with my two daughters to a new place. Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to help us. Even though the hotel was sold out due to spring break and several tournaments in town, he took the time to accommodate us and make sure we had a place to stay. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help completely turned our night (morning) around. Thank you, Carlos, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciated it. We always love staying at Hampton inn. The breakfast was very good. Pool/hottub was relaxing. The only reason i didn't give 5 star was the pillows. I used 3 and they are just too mushy. I like a pillow with some firm to them. The ones they have just collapsed. Other then that, the staff was great and we enjoyed pur stay.
