"When using adjoining rooms, the door locks automatically when going into the other room. Why have a deadbolt on the door if it locks automatically ? Our entrance door security lock was in position. When we went into our adjoining room, the door locked. We could not get into our room from 10:45 pm to 11:50 pm waiting for someone to unlock it. Everything was in the room. The hotel should at least give a warning to guests.The desk peopld were verh kind as was the man who showed up to unlock it."

"I stayed here before a few years ago and had a different experience this time. Looks nice and kept from the outside and is decently clean. Two out of the six staff we encountered with were kind and helpful. Other staff members, especially those at the front desk, were rude and unfriendly. Giving us attitude for simple things as asking for pool towels (as there were none at the pool), answering questions about the amenities, and getting our room cleaned. Breakfast was not included and was not stated it was not included (until I asked and got told rather rudely that because I booked my stay through Expedia it was not included…) so I got charged for a breakfast item that was not worth what I was charged for. I will say the beds were very comfy! With a bit more attention to cleaning the pool and poolside, cleaning of rooms, the lobby bathrooms, and some friendlier faces to ask questions, I would return. We genuinely asked with kindness and weren’t met with kindness. So sadly, few of the staff members attitudes really made me not want to return here."

"The room we stayed in was clean but dilapidated. Would have given 3 stars except there were no clean bath towels. We needed to get up early so decided to shower the night before. I went down to the front desk and was told there weren’t any towels available. Seriously? Yes, but if I came back in an hour there would be. Well, that would be 11PM. We will not stay here again. "

"The location was really good, close to ASU and Tempe. The room was very clean. I would have liked a vending machine with bottled water."

"Our family trip was fantastic! My teenagers especially enjoyed the swimming pool and kept wishing it was open later on weekends so they could swim even more. Breakfast and dinner was great too."
