"Nothing special considering the price"

"It’s okay but no amenities, not even complimentary coffee, staying just for the night at least complimentary coffe would be nice. In the future will find something else as there are many options in the area."

"I was completely unaware of the $15 per day parking fee! It was never disclosed, and if it was, I certainly didn’t see it! Why am I paying for parking when I’m already paying to stay at the hotel? Now, if this were a busy downtown area, I could understand. But a hotel off the freeway? Come on now! That’s just money gouging! To make matters worse, the property is old, outdated, and definitely in need of some upgrades. For them to charge these room rates AND an additional parking fee is...

"I love the 2 bedroom apartment, they have everything incase you want to cook. The breakfast is okay but no much choices, you dont get a daily room service but can get towel refil if you request, it not bad for me that dont like waste. I dont like the fact that have to pay for parking. They charge per night."

"The room was clean and the area was quiet. The staff was very friendly as well"

"I had a very special request and the front desk was so kind and helpful, I was there for a funeral, she made my quick visit so much better"

"Overall, the room was quite large and comfortable. It was clean and well-appointed. Had one issue we noted that the staff immediate rectified. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant and friendly. Will stay again when needing a place in the area."

"The place was great, kept clean but definitely can be spruce up a bit. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here if I come back to the area."

"I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe."
