Everything was great, and the location was nice because you could see out over the city from the rooftop. The only thing that was a little deceiving was the pool, the pictures made it look really big and it was not. Also, it was a "date weekend" and when we went to the pool there was nothing but kids the first time, we went, and then later it was families with children in both the pool and the hot tub. So probably not a date night pool weekend if that is what you are looking for.

Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. Our room was not as clean as I would expect. The couches and floors were dirty with stains. Additionally, the hair dryer turned on by itself and caught fire. The staff did credit us 20,000 Marriott reward points.

The front desk was welcoming. Check-in was quick. When staying at a hotel, the most important feature is whether it is clean. The Residence Marriott fit this requirement in all areas. The breakfast selection was extensive. The eggs tasted & looked like scrambled eggs. The area was clean. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked well with towels. It was a great stay.
